I normally do not pass along advertising, but I believe in this training very strongly.  Sue Garstki, co-founder of this organization is my Kravmaga instructor and is the one responsible for keeping me going when I first started.  She is also a good friend.  Sue is an outstanding instructor, is very encouraging, patient, and nurturing, and is LETHAL, which is a must for this type of training.  All of the partners in this venture are my friends from Kravmaga, and I can personally attest to the skill levels and niceness of everyone involved.  If you don't think you need somehting like this or would be interested, that's fine, but please consider passing it along.  it can be a lifesaver, in addition to a fun way to get involved at a very  basic and non threatening level in some martial arts activity.   It is all women ( except for the bad guys you get to beat up,) so modesty issues are of no concern....please consider joining up.
