LADIES! The Rape Prevention Seminar was FANTASTIC! I especially appreciated the fact that it suits both experienced and beginner levels of training. Allowing us to apply our training to defend ourselves on the "bad guys" was one of the greatest experiences for us. Training closer to reality is far more effective. THANK YOU!
