WOMEN'S MARTIAL ARTS ALLIANCE

Testimonial "LADIES! The Rape Prevention Seminar was FANTASTIC! I especially
appreciated the fact that it suits both experienced and beginner levels
of training. Allowing us to apply our training to defend ourselves on
the "bad guys" was one of the greatest experiences for us. Training
closer to reality is far more effective. THANK YOU!
WMAA Philosophy:
ays
of keeping yourself safe, both mentally and physically. We are a group
of women that have much knowledge and life experience in the Martial
Arts. We would like to share our stories as well as hear yours, all
with the common goal of strengthening our minds and enriching each
others lives. We hope you find something within this website to help
you continue to grow within yourself and the martial arts.Take
a walk throughout your home, go through each room. Find something in
that room that can be used as a weapon, such as a lamp, paperweight,
utensil, etc. Imagine someone coming into that room and you have to
exit in order to get away. Use that weapon, use the element of
surprise. Toss, hurl any items close to you at the attacker making
your way out of the room, use your voice as loudly as you can to
further short circuit his mind. Spit, bite, claw, gouge, there are no
rules. HAVE A PLAN AND USE IT, YOU MUST GET OUT OF THERE. YOU WILL
FIGHT BACK. IT IS HIM OR YOU. We all have a survival instinct, use
it!.
